Sailing Program at the Sunshine Coast Yacht Club
Visitors and Prospective Members:
The Sunshine Coast Yacht Club, "The Friendly Yacht Club at Mooloolaba", welcomes Members, Visitors and Prospective Members to our Sunday Fun Sails throughout the year (weather permitting). Visitors may take part in up to 3 sails/year on a 'Day membership' before making a commitment to joining the Club. Day Membership may be taken out for only $30/day and apart from Voting rights, you'll have all the advantages of a 'Crew Membership Subscription' for the day. SCYC Members Sailing Program:
Includes Sundays, Wednesdays, Regattas and Cruising in Company. Current financial Members may log-in to the "Members Log-in" area on the SCYC HOME page to view all the Member information available, Including the Calendars for both Racing, Cruising and Social events.
SCYC Special Sailing Events:
Special events would include a number of Social activities organized through the club. Some of these events would be for non-members as well as members and they can be viewed on the Social Calendar. Other Sailing events such as Regatta's and Cruising Dates are also available through the 'Members area' of this site.
The SCYC offers a number of Membership types. Memberships are available for those with or with-out vessel ownership. This is a unique style of memberships as traditionally Yacht Club Memberships have been designed for yacht owners and their families. More information about this unique and cost effective Memberships is made available on the "Membership Information" page of the website. More information will be added in the coming months as the program is finalized and the new vessels come online with the club.
Other Sailing Events:
SCYC works together with other yachting/sailing clubs to hold other events at/to/from Mooloolaba. The event below was one of the Major recent events at the club.
